As of January 8th this hotel was taken over by the Royal Holiday Group/Inmobiliaria Cancun Caribe, S.A. de cv which has been the Owning Company for more than 20 yrs of this hotel known as the Hyatt Cancun Caribe and renaming it Cancun Caribe Park Royal Grand.
