Well it's a step in the right direction and should be applauded. Knowing before you arrive on your delayed flight that someone is attending to your onward travel plans is a great comfort and saves time on arrival having to search for a desk where someone can attend to your needs.
Makes me wonder why they haven't been doing it already though. The first of many enhancements, lets hope sooner rather than later.
