We can expense bag fees for business travel. When travelling with a non-elite though, I'll often use my baggage allowance for them though (we're on the same PNR...) - helps that I get baggage waivers on Star and SkyTeam - one less thing to worry about, and end of the day, it saves the company some money (and in doing so, it makes me look good to the powers that be by saying I saved the company some money - doesn't matter the amount, it just looks good to those powers that be).
