For F lounges, JL is easily the best at NRT.
For J lounges, QF is easily the best at NRT (although may not practical if flying JL due to being in the satellite terminal and limited hours).

JL J lounge is terrible.
AA F lounge is okay but not great.
CX F lounge is bad.

PS BA no longer has a lounge at NRT.
