To be fair, the £30 so-called 'administration fee' was introduced last year, without 'two million people in total' being informed. As Mr Swaffield pointed out, they changed the T+Cs because they could. They didn't tell me. Any idea whether the 'two million people in total' got letters informing them of the change? I learnt about it from FlyerTalk last year, not from Mr Swaffield or his staff.
The newer change (expiring miles) as well as the £30 surcharge will no doubt be addressed by the letter. Should we expect other changes?
