It looks horrible, why can't they keep the Royal word on it? This new desgin will make receiption staff work harder, without any reason.

When are we going to receive this new card? This is what they mean "Member recard" in our accounts in mid Jan. I guess they need to distribute it before our RA/Amb year ends, looking forward to another BOGO voucher if this happens.
