Yes, I have seen it with a friend of mind on the same flight as i am, from V to Business, And with two others (one of them is a member here) from J to Business.
I also heard from other friends that had similar situations.

In general i am quite happy with EL-AL as for service and food, Its true i
fly most of the time business or first, but even on economy they are more
than ok...
