SanDiego - I guess I should clarify the point of those other posts. I was looking to book tickets online at aa.com and at britishairways.com. At each of those websites, I was unable to determine the fare class for the different tickets I was finding. Since the two websites are very different, I was asking how to find fare classes for each site.

As you can see at those forums, the answers are different. On aa.com, you can see the fare class, but in britishairways.com you can't.

Regarding CX, my question was how to determine the fare class after purchase - such as off the paper ticket.
