It doesn't matter to me at this point if they do rescind the changes.

I fly out of BWI. It is now just as easy, or as much of a hassle, depending on your POV, to fly CO, AA, etc., as it is to fly US Airways.

I stayed with US because of DM and a sense of loyalty that I had to the airline from growing up with Allegheny, then US Air, and Piedmont, and the airline we know today. I flew the on connections when it was simpler to fly other airlines nonstop....even BEFORE I was elite. It would have been just as simple to earn elite status with another carrier.

My plan was to stay with them even on their trimmed schedule. Since I do business in CLT and PIT on occasion, I am kind of stuck for those eight-or-so trips per year.

But.....since I'm NOT the type of passenger that Ben Baldanza wants....my money for every other dime I spent goes elsewhere. Regardless of what they change.
