Only 30 minutes earlier on the departure - her original itinerary had a 3 hour, 50 min layover @ IAH. Now that's down to 45 minutes, and they shaved 5 minutes off of the flight time so it cuts the travel on CO to 3:10 less than booked, getting in 3:40 earlier. Would be great, of course, if there wasn't another flight involved.
Thanks for the suggestion, I will advise her to escalate this, but I get the feeling she will not want to pursue it that hard. (Which grates at me, because if it was my $150 at stake, I'd be all over CO until they caved.
