I have enjoyed several years of comfort and familiarity with this airline in spite of the pull back from BWI, however, this latest outrage and published contempt for FF has pushed me too far. If things change back I may, and probably will resume some level of flying with U. In the meantime I will utilize my remaining club membership to carry-out drinks and snacks for my Airtran flights.
