sat in the miserable hole in the wall lounge at KIX, what a joke I have seen better efforts at a cub scout jumble sale compared to the so called refreshments in here. Had to line up for 25 minutes in the biz class line as ground staff were totally dis-organised and closed the on line check in bag drop . They finally opened the check in for the 11 am flight at 9 35 am, having spent the best part of an hour getting out of this airport when I arrived last week and the poor service today I really dont think I will be travelling through here again in a hurry. I will add they served a melt in the mouth beef dish for lunch today and it was really nice on the flight though.
