Only if you speak (or write) the king's English -- leaving a preposition (adverb, really, in this case) at the end of a sentence is perfectly good Germanic grammar. The real problem is that at some point in English history there were some bozo's without enough to do or drink, so they decided pull one over on the rest of us and insisted that English should resemble Latin in this regard.

Now back to our regularly scheduled topic -- that's by choice. Nobody forces them to maintain those broad networks, which effectively render them overstretched.
