Totally different experience at LHR -enjoyed the facial immensely, and determined not to make the same mistake twice, after my JFK treatment, offered a tip the elemis staff member who said it wasn't necessary.
I don't think it right that in JFK they should expect a tip but I guess that's the difference between the USA and UK as you witnessed.
