That is unless you are allergic to something in their face products. I had a post flight facial (luckily on my way home) which did feel lovely at the time but the next morning my eyes had swollen up so much that I could hardly see through the slits that were left! I of course got in touch with them and was told told to ring their customer services - after several phone calls to them, many of which, they didn't reply to they eventually told me that I should go to my GP, find a dermatologist and send the bill to them

- the onus should have been on them to find someone and I would happily have attended so that it didn't happen to some other poor customer possibly with important meetings to attend.
I did fill in the pre-treatment form which did not ask about allergies - does it now?. If it had I would have told them that I am allergic to raw apples, pears, cherries etc and some nuts - Oral Allergy Syndrome, related to -tree pollen hayfever. I have never had an allergic reaction to any other face cream.
Massages - I much preferred the proper MB back massage - I can't see what good a 10 min shirt massage would do. Now an hour's massage on the beach in Thailand or Bali -that's how all massages should be
