Yes, they've messed up. Front page of the eStore lists the "double miles" retailers with their (mostly standard) rates, but small print at the top says basically "what you see is what you get" (i.e. displayed rates already include the doubling - which is clearly wrong).
I for one will not be ordering anything until this is clarified.
