I searched but didn't see this. AMEX is now reviewing where customers shop and cutting limits accordingly:

"Last month we posted about Kevin Johnson, a 29-year-old self-employed businessman with excellent credit and an established history with American Express, who had his credit limit cut by 65% because AMEX said he was shopping at the wrong sorts of stores."
Mr. Johnson listed all the establishments he charged at for 2 years and it included restaurants, Spirit Airlines and Walmart. Amex cut his limit because some (few?) customers who charged at one or more of the merchants Mr. Johnson shopped at have poor repayment histories.
This has become really ridiculous. First, I had the pay over time feature eliminated on my charge account because people who had the same mortgage lender I did had poor repayment, although I have never missed a payment and have an excellent credit score. Now, you may get dinged for shopping somewhere, who knows where, just because someone else who shopped somewhere, who knows where, did not repay.
Punish the behavior, not everyone. Just a fair warning to folks that you may get your credit line cut for charging somewhere. Amex really would rather you not use your card at all, I guess. I have to keep my account open because it is the longest account I own, 18 years, and it would harm my credit score to close it but I'm certainly not happy about it.
