My main question remains the #2 and #3 cards.

This one says:

Private - No name embossed on the card.

The word CARDHOLDER is embossed on the place of the name.

Now, this one looks a stupid company with no real customer service and real people reachable about any issue, but for what it's worth, what makes this card private? Does it allow anonymous purchases on the Internet?
