Well, after waiting for over 48 hours I called back today and got one of the agents that actually cares.

In the log, the GA in SEA wrote that the customer was there at 6AM and we had already given his seat away, closed the door and were about to push

So obviously I was at the gate on time and was denied boarding.

The GA had said that she had given me a complimentary upgrade on the next flight, which I had accepted as compensation

She "forgot" I was already in F on both my legs, ended up in a middle seat IAH-ORD and that I was and was entitled to the F seat as a Plat. There were 2 non revs on the flight she "complimentary" upgraded me to.

The agent I talked to today knew of course that a mistake was made by CO and that there was compensation due. Since another agent was working on it, she couldn't issue the compensation, but would make sure that the other agent gave me a call asap. Since I'm traveling on Thursday and Friday this week, she promised me a call om Monday.

The agent I spoke to at 1800 WE CARE2 will get a Starbucks card from me that I will hand to Scott when we meet at IAH in a little over a week ^^
