For me the biggest issue is the 25% earning. I don't upgrade for points (I prefer to use the points on flight awards instead), so that recent change isn't as big of an issue to me. However, SK has lost a lot of my long-haul business this last year because I had the opportunity to fly on other *A carriers and earn 100% points for a similar price as SK with 25% earnings.

For the petition, I guess you could ask name and EB number? I'm not sure if location is also helpful or not.
