For me this has been limited to about 1-2 IC flights in busines per year, maybe a handfull of European flights and a dozen domestic ones. This will be reduced to the absolute minimum.

Seeing that I have been aprehensive about SAS IC for some time, maybe this is the time to also list what they are not getting but could have scored with having a consistent and better product: 4-5 annual business class tickets to Asia/Oz.

I might not be a huge customer, but I usually tick in at around 100-150k points a year.
