I love you. I really do. But there's a limit to how long you can live in an abusive relationship. There's a limit to how many times I can accept to be slapped in the face - even by someone I love. Enough is enough. I demand a change or else our relationship has come to an end.

- 25% rule
I can accept that you will limit earning on the ABSOLUTELY cheapest tickets available. What I can’t accept is that you don’t tell me that I won’t earn more than 25% until AFTER I have ordered my ticket. This is nothing short of fraud!
And I will no longer accept that the 25% rule applies to “half the alphabet” of booking classes. Take a look at your competition. You are competing yourself out of the market.

- No recognition
I’m sick and tired of not being treated well onboard with you. As a EuroBonus XXXX member I expect to be recognized. If I’m not worth anything more to you I can just as well fly Norwegian or any other airline.

- Crazy price increase on upgrades
Your suggested price increase on class upgrades is just unacceptable.

The depreciation of EuroBonus points that we have seen over the last few years shows me that you don’t love me any more. Remember that love goes two ways. I will only stay in this relationship as long as I can be sure you really love me.

So, Mr. Jansson. Show me you love your most loyal customers! Else I'm afraid I will have to leave you.
