I wouldn't bother, the answer is that EMA-JER won't count. It is bmi baby operated. flybmi.com and bmibaby.com will feature some European flights operated by each other. When you come to book it takes you through to the operating site, in this case bmibaby.com

Only bmi mainline and bmi regional metal would count.
