qatar Airways allows online check in 36 hours before take of ... i can get my bording pass by mail .. do they take my luaggage that early ??

You didn't say which airport in India you are flying from, but if the 5am flight is the only one per day, I would be very surprised if you were able to check your luggage in 7 hours before.

The Indian authorities might possibly be lenient with an overstay of only a couple of hours, but generally they take Visa overstays extremely seriously and you could find yourself in all sorts of trouble.

It is even a possibly that they might not let you enter the country should they notice.

I'd recommend you check-out the 'Indian Visa and Passport Questions' section of the forums on www.Indiamike.com and try asking your question again there and see if they can offer any advice, as it is a very busy forum and they are usually very good at answering complex Visa questions.

It's possible you may have to change your return flight.
