According to Terry Jones, the president of Travelocity.com, easySabre simply does not sell that many tickets, at least compared to Travelocity. He himself likes it as much as we do, but it is costing them money. He is looking at the possibility of continuing it as a paid service, so when you call to complain (and you should), you should express some willingness to start paying for it.
