I would stay a whole day at the airport i dont care ... isnt there a NUTREAL AREA / INTERNATIONAL AREA where u dont need a visa ? what about people who just change planes in india THEY DONT NEED A VISA DO THEY ?

The area you are talking about is commonly referred to as airside. After immigration and/or security but before the gates. Your challenge is going to be that they won't open check-in for your flight until 3-4 hours before the scheduled departure. As such you will not be able to get a boarding pass and thus not be able to get through immigration to the 'neutral' airside area. If we assume the information posted upthread is correct then you are likely to have to pay a fine at the minimum.
