For that matter, it would be nice to know if there's anywhere else that travel agents cannot process a GUF2...
I was just about to 'move' from France to US, largely in order to make use of a GUF2 in the next several months - and the only place I actually know any travel agents is in the US, making me figure it would be easier to get one to do this for me - naturally not if they end up being forbidden to do so! Anyone know if French TA's could/still can? If so, I'll just stay there and try to find one who knows how to do it...
