It shouldn't take too long....shouldn't! I have been there where the bag recheck was completely empty and all large airplanes are there at once, and I have been there with relatively few people and the counters are packed. Overall, it shouldn't take too long...I would give myself an extra 20 minutes in addition to time for security. 2 hours will be plenty!
