Heading to Paris for the first time on Feb 18th and staying at the Madeline. Have a few questions....
1. This is asked a few posts above, but what is the easiest way to get from CDG to the hotel? How much would a taxi cost?
2. I see some of the posts above talk about the high cost of drinks/food at the hotel (I can't really tell if they are talking about the Park Hyatt or the Madeline, but I am guessing it probably applies to both) can anyone recommend some good places to grab breakfast. Not looking for anything overly fancy, just an easy place to get some decent food to fuel up for the day without taking out a mortgage.
3. Can anyone recommend a few restaurants within walking distance?
