I'm flying FRA-LHR on 23/03 late afternoon/early evening with BA. Does anyone have any updates on the lounges that are accessible in view of the building works?

Another question - with security right before the gate, is there anywhere to buy soft drinks after security? I get incredibly dehydrated when flying (doesn't help that I'm diabetic), and therefore always like to take my own water on board.
