Spot on! BTW, I have always enjoyed reading your posts, KLM. One of your most memorable ones was the thread you started over on the NW forum (sorry too lazy to find the link now) about why NW FTers were sticking with NW - and it gamely illustrated that the only reason many of these supposed 'loyalists' were still with NW was because of the ample domestic free upgrades...and practically all of them threatened to walk if they could no longer get their First Class upgrades! Anyone who runs a business would have to ask him/herself if these are truly the kinds of customers one wants!
