You do realize that it's likely award ticket holders will be on the very bottom of the totem pole for upgrades. When is the last time FC went out with empty seats on a plane? Sure it happens time to time, but not all that often these days. Plus many flights I take are on RJs and there's no FC, so to me, this enhancement is more lip service than anything. Not complaining they added it, but I think people will get much less use out of it than they expect.
