You'll find unsatisfied customers on every airline (for that matter, with almost every company). If you look at virtually every other airline forum on FT, you are going to find people complaining and ranting. It's the nature of business and FT. We then hope that the respective airlines will do something about these incidents. In some cases they do, in others they do not. It is the hope of most FTers that bringing incidents to light will cause positive change.
