Late notice, but worth a cheeky little phone call for 750 AIRMILES. Found it on MSE - it appears to be targetted at Lloyds TSB credit card holders, as there's no direct link from the AIRMILES site.

You have to open the a/c over the phone, then visit a branch to provide ID, whereupon you will given an account number and sort code. Transfer in £1500 to trigger the miles.

I've just phoned up (10 mins) and am heading off to the branch now. Will report back. According to MSE, the miles post pretty fast.
