I have been a NWA Visa holder for years and will really miss it should Delta decide to only go with AMEX. According to Delta's web site they have numerous Visa cards but they are affilated with different countries. The problem I have with AMEX is that it is not accepted in as many places as Visa and in Europe I was denied a VAT tax credit for purchases made with AMEX so I dumped it. I also have numerous monthly bills charged to my Visa to earn miles but after checking only one company will accept AMEX. If Delta's only card turns out to be AMEX, I will not be signing on.
