In response to customer demand, G-BNWA last night provided a free foot spa to passengers seated in the first 3 rows, not only those in 1DF.

On boarding, those passengers who had been lucky enough to assign seats in rows 1-3 were all treated to soggy wet feet, and were all able to enjoy the foot spa for a full 5 hours.

This new feature of Band 4 service now replaces the magazines and snack boxes which have been withdrawn in reponse to customer demand, allowing our premium customers to enjoy a complementary foot spa instead.
