ID (well, really Insurance Card) Scanner

Hi.

Looking to replace insurance id card scanners for a medical office. They currently use ScanShell 800Ns, which, frankly, suck. Sure, they're pretty fast and easy to use, but the TWAIN driver they run on kills the Practice Management software, and there are no fixes on either end.

I need something really simple, small, fast, efficient, and easy to use. I don't need duplexing.

Ideas?
