It's supposed to be a Chase credit card. Did FirstUsa get bought by Chase? I'm not a Chase executive so I don't follow these things. I'm giving up after trying all possible links provided in the UA literature I received. I will only go so far to help a Company and if they are going to make me work for the purchase, I'll go somewhere else that's willing to sell it to me. This is ridiculous. I was on the fence anyway. The EQM's finaly got the better of me and I decided I'd go for it. After this, I've decided I'm not going to. It's allot easier to lose a Customer than gain one.

Update: Just checked on the UA site and did find the link to FirstUsa. That's still ridiculous that they can't get their printed material right or tell their call center about the products they are selling. What a joke.
