I have made several reservations recently: one on Swiss.com, two on United.com, one on Orbitz, and none of the sites (checkmytrip, viewtrip or virtuallythere) can find any of the reservations. It's the same when I book through a TA. None of the sites have ever been able to "see" my reservations, but they were all good. It's frustrating, but nothing to worry about.
