This is still not entirely clearly worded. OK, it counts as one stopover. But for which of the two airports does it count as a stopover for the "only one stopover per city" rule?

And the answer, it appears, is for both.

Anyway, have reworked the RTW now. Just a married segment problem. It is really a connection, and there is no availability if looked up together. If I look up each segment separately, there is availability. What is the solution?
