Continental beats all of the other airlines domestic F hands down IMHO. I was recently traveling on United and noticed that all F passengers always have a pillow and new blanket on each seat. It would be nice if Continental had that as well. Just a small benefit which goes to raising the level of service with almost a zero cost to the airline.
As others have stated, CO already does this (almost all the time, in my experience). Coach passengers often steal them during boarding, however.
