When booking a midsize you get Executive Selection service. However you can also book a fullsize anyways since you get that for the same price as a miidsize. Generally speaking, if you don't see anything you like on the ES you can take something from the Emerald Aisle instead. It's rare that EA would have nicer vehicles but it does happen and everyones' tastes are different.
