You are confusing the Class of Service mileage bonus (dependent on fare purchased) with the Elite Status Bonus (dependent on elite status - 100% for EXP/PLT, 25% for GLD).

Better check the JL chart, I believe A on JL is a discount economy fare and I don't think you are asking about discount economy.
At any rate, you will earn the miles stated on the chart for the class of service purchased, but you will not earn an additional 100% RDM for being EXP.
