Continental has changed its code for Business Class award tickets to I class. This change has not been picked up on Delta.com, and my itinerary for the award ticket booked on Delta shows my return on CO (my outbound is on DL) as being in coach class, although I booked it months ago in Business class. I checked on CO's website, and it still shows as business class. SMS also affirmed that the reservation is Business.
Just a heads up that award travel booked in Business on CO now shows on DL.com as coach.
