I think it's a good time to burn miles, so the question comes down to, is sitting in business worth an extra $1400?

I would go for the mileage ticket in coach and if you feel remorse, try to UFC. It's a long flight but if you are prepared to sit in coach, it's not that bad. UFC will probably be a bit less than $700 each way.
