I'd get on to them tomorrow. LX is usually safest ticketed within 24-48 hours. Just give the ICC a nudge to get it ticketed.
Just called the ICC back and got the always surly "Truptee." She advised that my LX flight would be ticketed "sometime very soon." When I asked her to be a bit more specific she said "within 48 hours." Not sure whether she was just making this up but I'll keep checking the booking.
