Is price not a concern? There will be a big price difference between say Northwest and Cathay, or United and Korean,

Personally, I'd rank them as

Korean>Cathay>JAL>China>Eva>Air France>Northwest>United

Unless you'd be on the NW 747, then I'd put them on the bottom. I do have a soft spot for KE, so I think most would recommend Cathay over them.

If you are flying from Texas, why would you want to fly Air France to BKK? I imagine that would be prohibitively expensive, since its the long way around.
