On a partner award you must fly transpac to Oceania, so you can't go via LHR unless you use two awards which would cost a total of 220k for J or 285k for F. OneWorld awards are priced by miles traveled. So if you traveled LAX-JFK-LHR-SYD-LAX, that would be 23987 miles. A OneWorld award for that routing would be 150k for J or 230 for F. If you couldn't get the QF flights to LAX and had to route via HKG or NRT, you'd be pushed into the next higher mileage level, and the award would cost 190k for J or 280 for F. One World awards have some quirky rules, so it's worth reading the sticky.
