What does WN give to employees as perks in regards to flying. Can the employee, any immediate family member, parent, etc. fly for next to free (pay some tax and security fee)?

Many companies have eliminated or reduced perks. I personally think it is drain on revenue. I know, they are standby -- but I have talked to many using these on a full flight -- so wonder how it is controlled. Are all other pax given priority (incl. other standbys)?

Actually it far from a drain. As stated above non-rev board after all paying passengers. Also WN charges other airlines employees to fly non-rev. Its actually a revenue stream as those seats otherwise would go empty
