We at WN are VERY lucky to have wonderful flight benefits!

As an employee you personally can travel unlimited FREE of charge!
Employee dependents also receive FREE unlimited travel!

Employees receive buddy passes based on hours worked, but if you qualify you can received quite a few passes each quarter. Those can be used by anyone you give the pass to.

For those NOT married you can designate one person per year as your "Companion" who can travel on a certain designated number of passes.

ALL EMPLOYEE travel is 100% FREE of charge! We only pay the taxes on the Buddy Passes and Companion Passes but it's very minor.

ALL NONREV TRAVEL, as it relates to basic benefits, is STANDBY and comes after all other paying pax. There are times when employees are POSITIVE SPACE but it's usually limited to Management or others on company business, or to deadheading Crew.

** This doesn't even go into details of benefits ALL airlines get with each other, this is JUST regarding WN **
